As part of this, we collect and process data from video surveillance.
When and How We Process Your Personal Data
Our locations have video surveillance systems that may automatically capture and record images or video of you when you visit or work at our facilities. These recordings may contain personal data if the images or videos can be used to identify you. The video surveillance systems installed at our locations can be divided into two categories:
- Outdoor video surveillance – cameras installed in outdoor areas around buildings.
- Indoor video surveillance – cameras installed inside buildings.

Outdoor video surveillance includes cameras that record parking areas, gates, fences, building entrances and exits, loading docks, delivery zones, and other external premises (“outdoor video surveillance”).
Indoor Video Surveillance
Indoor video surveillance includes cameras that record or capture images inside buildings, including areas related to animal transport, slaughterhouses, production facilities and lines, as well as entry and exit points for secured areas, protected rooms, or common areas (“indoor video surveillance”).
It is important to note that our cameras are positioned in a way that does not intentionally cover surrounding public areas outside our locations.
Additionally, we do not use automated facial recognition or similar technologies designed to uniquely identify you or other individuals by processing biometric data.
How Long Do We Store Your Data?
Photos or video recordings containing your personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing the data. In general, photos or video recordings are retained for 30 days.
In the event of damages or security incidents, we may store relevant photos or video recordings for a longer period in order to investigate the incident and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
